Welcome to COS - circles of support promoting social micro-networks combining principles of solidarity and professionalism through collaborative research, training and practice in India and the EU.

This project with five partners in India, the UK and Germany, led by Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, was funded between 2004-2007 by the European Union within the EU-India Economic Cross Cultural Programme.

Since 2009 the further development of the COS project has been assisted by the German Academic Exchange Service, funding exchanges between Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the National Council for Educational Research and Training, Delhi, the University of Delhi and Utkal University, Bhubaneswar within the DAAD programme "A new passage to India".
